USB Work and Visualization Lessons

The USB boards...

Three things I've learned about visualization:
1)Sketch till your hand falls off. This gets ALL your ideas out of your head and onto paper so everyone else can see how (un)creative you are.
2)Organize by idea. Meaning, using one page or set of pages to explore similar looks on one idea helps keep you focused and allows you to explore one ideation better.
3)Start off with no reservations. Let all your crazy ideas get out, and then trickle down into sanity, because you never know what off-the-wall concepts may just work out.
